At GEP, we prioritise our employees' growth and well-being, which is why we’ve structured the year into two focused segments. Each segment features programmes designed to encourage personal development, enrich workplace culture, and inspire both individual and team progress.

Happiness, Passion And Purpose

In this program, we invited our employees to bring forward a "passion project" that was personally meaningful to them, offering support in nurturing and developing it. This initiative empowered team members to explore areas they were deeply passionate about, uncover purpose in their pursuits, and find happiness through fulfilling work. "Happiness" referred to cultivating joy and satisfaction in what they did, "Passion" involved engaging in projects that resonated on a personal level, and "Purpose" was about aligning these efforts with a greater, meaningful goal. Together, these elements inspired employees to connect with what truly motivated them, enriching both their personal and professional lives.

Happiness, Health and Wealth

The Happiness, Health, and Wealth (HHW) initiative was a programme designed to promote overall well-being through fitness-based activities, aimed at supporting team development while encouraging individual growth. This six-month activity focused on enhancing physical health, fostering teamwork, and building positive habits. The HHW activity was structured around a team goal. Each team aimed to collectively cover a minimum distance of 30 km per day, Participation was entirely optional, allowing employees to join voluntarily. However, this initiative was introduced not only to strengthen us as a team but also to inspire personal improvement, with each member benefiting from the shared experience and encouragement.
